My 2 cents on pregnancy…

I have nothing against pregnancy.

Yes, I am not a mother, but some students at campus is obviously one.

I see some mothers who are carrying their baby, or their little loved ones or even currently heavily pregnant – trying out their best to go to school or even finishing their works.

Some of the lecturers also a mother. They are still working, even though they have kids. They also trying out their best to work on their schedule while balancing to work as best as they can and also be the best mother they can be..

A mother is must be a full time job with a lot of struggling, tears, blood and efforts. [ a father is also a tough job ! ]

BUT what I don’t like is some mothers….who…

a.LEAVE WITHOUT NO NOTICE AT ALL, just because on pregnancy leave. I understand that you are in labor, pain or too busy with your babies – but PLEASE at least have the decency to tell your lecturers with some letters, or some letter from your current ob-gyn would be nice.

b.PROTEST ABOUT BAD GRADE, AFTER HAVING SOOOO MANY ABSENTS – with reason “But I was having a baby !”

c.STILL PROTESTING ABOUT BAD GRADE, AFTER LEAVING CLASSES WITHOUT NOTICE,ABSENTS AND NOT FULFILLING YOUR ASSIGNMENTS or COMPLETING THE REQUIREMENTS TO GET THE GRADE – okay, so you contacted your lecturer, after all the grade is out. And you have your baby, you are safe and sound. Your family is happy and healthy, but your grade is not. You are finally contacting your lecturers, wish to have a better grade. Your lecturers tells you what you should have finished and etc, after TWO MONTHS …STILL NOTHING AT ALL. No assignments, no call, no notice, no nothing. YOUR GRADE STILL POOR and you do NOTHING about it and you still PROTEST and WHINE.

So, please, if you have the decency and the loves – I am assuming you will respect your grade, your family and your lecturers. UNLESS you prefer your baby over your poor grade – then don’t protest and accept it.

so, KUDOS to all mothers and fathers all over the world. I salute you. May you all always be healthy, happy and blessed be.

If you wish to graduate on June, better be hurry.

But if not, you still have time until August.
